“ wow , wow , wow ! i can’t believe you remembered that baku - kun ! “ actually she can. bakugou was an endless fountain of knowledge and it seemed like there was nothing that he couldn’t do at times. still she looked up at him with sparkling eyes and fists energetically pumping up and down as she bounced on the back of her heels.
with a happy little squeal she clasped her hands around the hot drink. strawberry flavored hot chocolate. something that starbucks only makes around february but it was her absolute favorite drink. the fact that he remembered that brought a little hop to her step and giggle started to bubble from her lips.
“ yanno , you’ve really grown a lot ! old baku - kun would’ve rather been caught dead before doing a nice thing for his friend. let alone in public. “ she gasped dramatically but to be honest she was only jesting. she really liked having bakugou as a friend but what were friends if they didn’t tease each other and be honest ? baku really had grown a lot , that part wasn’t a joke.
mina was really proud of him. he really was a good guy despite what most people thought of him. he’d make an amazing hero , she was certain of it.
